I can’t remove a member from my team
 

If the Remove button is missing on my.vpntracker.com, the team member most likely still has an Administrator or Manager role. Managers can change roles, manage subscriptions, and invite or remove team members, so your team should always have at least one active Manager.

Before you demote or remove the current admin/Manager, first assign the Manager role to another trusted team member. Otherwise, no one may be able to manage team roles or subscriptions afterwards.

  1. Sign in to my.vpntracker.com and open your team members.
  2. Choose another team member who should manage the team going forward and assign them the Manager role.
  3. Save the change.
  4. Edit the member you want to remove and change their role to Member.
  5. Save again, open the member once more, and click Remove.
