I'd like to send you a LANCOM configuration file. What do I need to keep in mind?
- Please create a copy of the file first.
- Open this copy in a text editor, for example, macOS' TextEdit.app.
- The LANCOM file usually contains a line that begins with Secret=. Remove this line or change the value after the equals sign to an example text.
- This entry contains the so-called pre-shared key and is similar to a password. It should remain secret.
- Save the file and send it to our support team.
