How do I purchase and assign VPN Tracker World Connect licenses for my team?
VPN Tracker World Connect cannot be combined with a regular VPN Tracker plan. Purchase World Connect as a separate new plan. After checkout, you can manage and assign the licenses through your regular VPN Tracker team.
Open the World Connect Store and follow these steps:
- Choose the monthly or annual World Connect plan.
- Set the quantity to the number of licenses you need.
- When asked how the license should be purchased, select "Purchase as new plan". Do not add World Connect to an existing VPN Tracker plan.
- Under "Who are you?", click "Do you already have an equinux ID login?" and sign in with the equinux ID associated with your VPN Tracker team.
- Enter or confirm your billing address and country.
- Choose a payment method and check whether automatic renewal should remain enabled.
- Confirm the invoicing country and accept the terms and conditions. Review the product, quantity, and total, then complete the order by clicking "Buy Now".
World Connect appears as a separate subscription after purchase, but you can manage it through the VPN Tracker portal. Open the team member management area, select the relevant member, and assign an available World Connect license.
If the person has not joined the team yet, invite them first. They must accept the invitation before you can assign the World Connect license. For more details, see the guide to managing VPN Tracker Teams.
